1. Return Period

You have 15 days after receiving your order to report a defective product.

2. Eligibility

  • Returns accepted only if product doesn't work upon receipt.
  • Product must be in original condition.
  • Return shipping fully covered by Glowletic.

3. Process

  • Email support@glowletic.com with order number and issue description.
  • We'll provide a prepaid return label.

4. Refund

  • Processed within 14 business days.
  • Same payment method as original purchase.

5. Defective Products

  • Manufacturing defect or non-functional LEDs? Contact us within 15 days.
  • Full replacement or refund, return shipping included.

6. Exclusions

  • No returns for change of mind.
  • Misuse damage not covered.
